Executive Chef Vladimir Chrysanthou is one of the islands most distinguished and highly regarded chefs, with a long list of executive chef positions to his credit. 

Working alongside Vlami is Dimitris Lazarou whom Alourgida were fortunate to prize away from one of Limassol's premium hotels the Mediterranean.

Together Vlami and Dimitri harmoniously combine two generations of haute cuisine, creating original mouth watering offerings.

 

 

The a la carte menu offers a wide variety of dishes, whilst the dessert list offers no less variety, with crepes taking pride of place. Your meal should however begin with a visit to the most extensive cold buffet on the island, where you can chose from a selection of starters ranging from traditional Greek Cypriot dishes through to past, fish and meat specialities.
